One of the few 24" models available. It's simple operation suggests fewer things to go wrong. It's small - most of my pans don't fit. Will have to settle for a smaller turkey. I use the microwave's timer rather than its built in one which seems to shut down after the timing has ended. But it gets the job done. The auto clean model wasn't available in time so this is manual clean.

This unit is replacing an aging, but still basically functional, unit installed in 1973. If this one lasts that long, and GE usually give great service, I will be thrilled. Easy enough for DIY installation, requiring only minutes.

We were glad that this oven was high enough to fill the hole in the wall from our previous wall oven. The design is clean and relatively easy to install in the wall. It heats quickly and cooks beautifully.

I™™ve only used it once. We live in a mobile home so I didn™™t get the more expensive oven. This one fits in fine. My older oven seemed larger inside. This one looks nice and the price was right.

This was a replacement install 24-inch wall oven. Installed easily after removing the old oven. Slight sizing work required on the cabinet, but everything else was simple and complete. New wiring harness provided plenty of room. installed and tested new oven without any issues. Only 3 days in use but is working well. Better heating rate than old Magic Chef that it replaced. Controls are simple and straightforward.

Installation of this wall oven would have been easier if the power connection conduit had been 8" longer. With junction box mounted on the wall at the back of the cabinet the whole oven had to be moved in so close to the cabinet opening it was very hard to reach in and ensure good connections were made. The product this replaced had plenty of slack so that the oven could be safely supported fully outside of the cabinet opening.

Takes a long time to preheat. When it beeps at your temperature setting, you actually have to wait another ten minutes or so to actually get to your preset temp.

Nice basic wall oven. Quiet. However, takes over an hour of gradually turning it up to 365° in order to reach 350°. I have no time nor patience for this. Hopefully this will be resolved on Fri when the service guy arrives. ð™

Just recently had this oven installed after 3 failed frigidare gallery ovens. So far so good. GE is the only brand other than the Frigidaire that makes a 24 inch wall oven that fits the space in my 100 year old butlers pantry

We had a reliable basic 26™ GE knob wall oven for many, many years. When it went down I started researching reviews and ™new oven technology™. I found that all wall oven dimensions had changed dramatically. They no longer fit existing oven wall spaces. A 24™ basic GE wall oven was as close as we could get to fitting and a significant remodel of the cabinet would be needed. (New knob ovens researched were unfamiliar brands with mostly bad reviews but fit better.) Our new GE basic stainless steel wall oven sat on the floor 2 1/2 months before we got someone to remodel the wall space at a price within our budget. They did a good job but it added a lot to the overall price. We're waiting for a custom metal piece to go around the wall space left at the sides and bottom. The installation instructions were required that you either cut a hole in the base (compromising the strength to hold an 85 pound oven, or add two 2x4™™s - 4™ side up beneath the unit for more air flow (which would vertically expand the oven wall space 8-9™ instead of 4" to clear the digital controls.). The unit came with metal runners raising it up about an inch. I™™ve just started using this unit so time will tell. So far, due to the oven™™s built-in front spacer which fits against the wood entry of the wall space, I™™ve noticed that heat rises out of the top when the oven is in use. The top cabinet doors above the unit need to be left open for the heat to rise.

Looks like the one we installed several years ago in our sons house.
Small cooking area inside but you do have to expect that on a 24 inch oven.
This unit is replacing convection oven that has been replaced one under warranty and then went back 15 months after the replacement unit was installed.
We went with GE because we've had them in the past and they lasted slightly longer than other brands we have had.
This unit reached operating temperature very quickly, especially when you consider with the convection oven we were used to having to wait 20 minutes in bake mode for it to get up to 350 degrees.

We purchased this oven to replace an existing wall oven opening. Unfortunately the dimensions given on the specification page did not explain clearly what to measure. The measurements were for the finished out side dimensions of the unit, not the size of the opening. The oven was extremely under sized for the size of the opening. We had no use for an oven that is so small. We returned the unit and are awaiting a refund. I think GE is a good brand but the dimensions need to specify what and where to measure. A very costly mistake.

Well, before I bought this one, I owned the GE wall oven and it would heat up in no time at all. This one takes almost a full 9:53 minutes to heat up. It™™s it™™s annoying.. Once it does heat up, it does cook everything fine sometimes I notice I have to put my degree 5° more than what I™™m cooking

The temperature doesn't come close to matching the set temperature. It varies based on which of the two shelves you use. The black plastic above the door gets hot to the touch. Cookies from same batter, do not cook the same. Not good for baking at all.

24 in. single electric wall oven. Overall a nice oven. Power cable could be a little longer. Works well. Heats up fairly fast. Thanksgiving turkey baked great. So did cookies, bread, pizza, broiled stake and fish. Good oven. **I search for Ovens that fit the current wall opening. Did not want to extend, not enough cabinet room or have to patch a hole in cabinet after installing a shorter height oven. This GE oven was the only oven that fit. Glad this is a good oven.
