The oven works great. The cooktop takes some getting used to. I assume since it's ceramic it doesn't heat like the old cooktop, it cycles. Would have given it 5 stars but the hot cooktop light now stays on only two weeks after installation. Guess we will see how good the warranty is. My biggest complaint is since drop in's aren't popular the options are fewer. Thank goodness GE still makes them, nobody else does.

I have been using GE appliances for over 50 years and have always had excellent service from washers, dryers, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and range. They have had little or no performance issues and did not need repairs. The new range replaces one the I had been using for about 25 years with no repairs but the digital part began Giving a few problems so decided to replace the whole range.

Always had a coil range. Just now getting use of the flat top range.. The dials are different plus the timer dial. That said I am enjoying my ne range. The price was a lot more than the last coil range.

This is my first ceramic cooktop and I was a little leery but I actually really like it. I was impressed that the rest of the cooktop stays cool when the burners are on and the control are clear. The oven does a great baking job and I have been enjoying baking bread, cookies and meals. Once again, I really didn't think I'l like the ceramic cooktop but I have found it to be much easier to clean than my previous coil cooking elemnets. It also looks very nice as a built in.

Stove worked great the day it was installed. Two days later, oven and clock stopped working. Had to wait a week for repair folks to come and look at it. They said a wire was off. I guess they just don't make things like they used to.

we only tested out the oven and rang a little so far, but everything has been working great. Delivery was perfect and on time, and the two workers were very efficient and professional.

Replaced an identical drop-in (except for the old one had coils instead of a glass top) we had nursed along for 24 years--with a few minor changes. Please rethink your decision to discontinue drop-ins!!! Everything is wonderful--my main concern is trying to keep cats (who aren't allowed on the countertops, right?) from burning their paws on glass top--which is why we got coils on the original one. The drop-in gives such a clean, custom-installed look--and goes perfectly with the GE Microwave/exhaust hood above it.

Cooking with induction took some updated of my cookware and some of my cooking methods. Our oven came with no instructions or Manual at all. I known everything is now online, but I prefer a hard copy manual.

A fantastic range/oven. The glass cooktop works perfectly. The oven bakes/ broils perfectly as well. Self Clean System works beautifully. Locks the oven door automatically I love the control knobs on the front of the oven. The range is another quality item from General Electric. I purchased this range as an upgrade from my previous General Electric Range. I would highly recommend this range! Im a longtime loyal GE customer!
